Going to the gym is never the first thing on my list. It rarely even finds my list! In an attempt to finally get to my fitness goals, I've started going to the gym in the morning before I completely talk myself out of it. The iPhone is the best thing invented, because it means I can listed to my Pandora stations or iheartradio to listen to Ryan in the Morning...which I love listening to LA radio here in Denver, it makes me feel like I'm at home.
