Fab-u-lous Necklaces Under $50

Today, on my third (or fourth) Target visit of the week, I decided it was time for a new pair of sunglasses. I picked out an awesomely retro teal pair with gold art deco sides. Fabulous I tell you. As I made my way to the checkout, I of course had to pass the jewelry displays. Seriously, there were some GORGEOUS jewels hanging out there. No skimpy necklaces either, but ornate statement pieces. While I had to pass them up for today, I am certainly going to be returning for a few gems before school starts. The best part is all the jewelry was under $50.
